About this website
joieriaforrellat.es introduces FORRELLAT jewellery, its workshop and the Mizuki bridal space. You cannot purchase, pay or enter into service contracts online. Please contact the shop for availability and the terms of each commission. Editorial images created using artificial intelligence are illustrative and do not necessarily depict available pieces.
Content and photographs
Our text, design and original resources are protected by the applicable rights. Photographs of the business are used with permission. Third-party content and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights. Cormorant Garamond and Manrope fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. To reuse content beyond the uses allowed by law, please request permission from its rights holder.
Data processed when you visit
The server needs to receive your IP address and technical request data to deliver the page and maintain connection security. The site is hosted on Orion, a server managed for FORRELLAT. The website has no forms, customer accounts, analytics tools or personalised advertising. We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is used to serve the website, diagnose faults and prevent unauthorised access, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, available service. Information you provide when contacting us is used to respond and, if you request a quotation or commission, to take precontractual steps or manage the contractual relationship. Information needed to meet legal obligations is processed for that purpose. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
Retention
Technical connection data is processed during communication. HTTP visit logs have not been enabled. The server may generate operational, error and security logs, subject to system rotation and a global storage limit of 50 MB, with no fixed retention period in days configured. If records document an incident, additional retention is limited to what is necessary to investigate it and meet applicable responsibilities. Enquiries are retained while they are being handled; where they result in a commission or mandatory documentation, the relevant legal retention periods apply. We do not retain information to create a commercial browsing history.
Access and external services
Access to management information is restricted to the owner and people authorised to maintain the service. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Google Maps and Instagram are provided as links, not embedded content: following them takes you to third-party services with their own policies and possible international transfers. Our contact email uses Gmail, provided by Google. When you email us, Google processes the message and technical data to provide the email service; it may process data outside the European Economic Area under the mechanisms described in its privacy policy. Visiting this website does not load Gmail or automatically send data to Google.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting the owner at the postal address shown or using the contact email. Specify the right you wish to exercise; additional identity information will only be requested where necessary and proportionate. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and browser storage
FORRELLAT's code does not install analytics or advertising cookies. The language is determined by the page address and does not require a preference to be stored in your browser. Fonts and photographs are served from this website. If tools requiring consent are introduced, we will explain them before activation.

You may report incorrect information or access problems by telephone or using the owner's contact details. Content may be updated to reflect changes to our services and the operation of this website. Nothing stated here limits consumers' rights under applicable law.
